Culinary artistry and live entertainment come together for an evening that celebrates creativity without borders.
Flavors Beyond Borders transforms the THesis Hotel Miami into a dynamic dining experience featuring a multi-course menu from Culinary Institute of America chefs paired with fine wines and live music. Hosted by TV personality and auctioneer Yve Rojas, the event includes a welcome reception with champagne and caviar, a curated dinner presented by each chef and a spirited live auction supporting the Flavors Beyond Borders Scholarship for future culinary leaders.
Grammy-winning artist Shaggy headlines the night’s entertainment alongside magician Chad Long, leading into an Ivy Rooftop after-party with cigars, cocktails and dueling DJs spinning across salsa, Afro house and dancehall.
Flavors Beyond Borders takes place Thursday, November 20 at THesis Hotel Miami Coral Gables, Curio Collection by Hilton. Dress code: White Party – Miami Chic.
