Flavors of Fairchild: A Supper Club Experience takes place on Thursday, July 31. Known for pioneering the rise of Filipino food in the U.S. through her New York City restaurants Maharlika and Jeepney, Ponseca brings her signature approach to Miami with a multi-course dinner featuring dishes like kinilaw with avocado and star apple, banana ketchup pork ribs and traditional lumpia with a tamarind-guava sauce. Guests will also enjoy two specialty cocktails: a welcome drink and a calamansi margarita paired with the main course.
