Ford's Farm Vol. 9: Los Félix Collaboration
Apr 11, 2026
Starting: 5:30 PM
A collaborative farm dinner brings together multiple chefs for an open-fire, ingredient-driven experience rooted in seasonality and place.
Ford’s Farm Vol. 9: Los Félix Collaboration takes place Saturday, April 11, with Chef Sebastián Vargas of Los Félix cooking alongside Jeremy Ford and Joe Mizzoni as part of the ongoing Ford’s Farm dinner series. The evening centers on a shared respect for land, craft and cultural tradition, with a menu shaped by the ingredients available and each chef’s individual perspective, prepared live over fire just steps from the table.
The experience begins with a sunset canapé hour featuring a complimentary cocktail, followed by a seated multi-course dinner created collaboratively by the guest and host chefs. Chef Vargas, executive chef of the Michelin-starred and Michelin Green Star-awarded Los Félix in Coconut Grove, is known for cooking inspired by Meso-American heritage and indigenous ingredients, with a focus on corn prepared through traditional nixtamalization. The dinner is designed as an immersive farm setting that highlights technique, sustainability and the connection between cooking and the land.
