Full Moon Sound & Social: Partial Lunar Eclipse

Breathwork, gentle movement, meditation and resonant sound shape a moonlit wellness gathering on the Ocean Terrace at 1 Hotel South Beach. The session takes place Friday, August 28, timed with a full moon in Pisces and a partial lunar eclipse. A casual social follows the guided practice, allowing participants to continue the evening through conversation and community connection.

Sabrina Badeaux, founder of Kanekshun, leads the experience through somatic movement, mindful breathing, guided meditation and a sound journey. The program uses the eclipse as a framework for reflection, release and reconnecting with physical sensation.

Hotel programming is complimentary for registered 1 Hotel guests, 1 Club members and 1 Homes owners ages 21 and older, subject to availability. Other guests may purchase tickets. Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable, and the event will be photographed and filmed.
