A three-day brunch celebration kicks off the new year at Tulum Rooftop Bar & Restaurant with a special Grill & Chill menu. Dishes include chimichurri-marinated steak and eggs, BBQ chicken and waffles, smoked brisket hash, grilled veggie frittata, sliders and savory twists on classics like avocado toast and the Croque-Madame. Lighter fare such as a grilled peach and burrata salad, smoked salmon bagel board and acai bowl rounds out the offerings, with sweet endings like white chocolate raspberry pancakes and cinnamon coffee cake.
A live DJ sets the mood each afternoon from 1 to 4 p.m., adding music to the rooftop dining experience.
