Haitian Flag Day at MOCA Plaza

Haitian Flag Day brings live music, DJs and Haitian cuisine to MOCA Plaza for an evening celebration of culture and community. The event takes place Monday, May 18 from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Museum of Contemporary Art, North Miami. Presented by the City of North Miami as part of its Haitian Heritage Month programming, the gathering highlights Haitian history, pride and cultural expression.
The lineup features a live performance by internationally recognized Haitian band Kai, along with DJ sets by DJ Oso City and DJ Whiskey Chick. Guests can also expect live music, food vendors featuring Haitian cuisine and a festive outdoor atmosphere on the plaza.
The celebration is part of North Miami’s broader Haitian Heritage Month activities, recognizing the city’s strong Haitian and Haitian American community.
