HANDS OFF: 454 + Black Rave Culture
Jun 13, 2026
Starting: 11:00 PM
Experimental rap, Black electronic club music and Miami underground selectors share the bill at The Ground Miami. HANDS OFF: 454 + Black Rave Culture takes place Saturday, June 13, with doors opening at 11 p.m. The 18-and-over event features performances by 454 and Black Rave Culture, with additional sets by Berraka, Pressure Point and Lady Narcisse.
Born Willie Wilson, 454 is a Florida-raised rapper and producer whose music pairs atmospheric production with a distinctive vocal style that often shifts between sped-up and slowed-down textures. His debut project 4 Real introduced a sound shaped by skate culture, Southern rap, personal memory and experimental beatmaking, with tracks such as “Andretti” and “Late Night” reflecting both melodic looseness and emotional detail.
Black Rave Culture, the Washington, D.C.-based trio of Amal, James Bangura and Nativesun, brings a sound rooted in house and techno while drawing from footwork, two-step, dub, baile funk and other club forms. The Miami selectors deepen the lineup’s local connection: Berraka is a Colombian-American DJ and event producer known for high-energy sets and her Nine Five South party concept, Pressure Point is the DJ project of Masisi founder Akia Dorsainvil, and Lady Narcisse is a Masisi-affiliated DJ whose sets and appearances connect to Miami’s Black queer and Caribbean club communities.
