A hands-on workshop at Eataly Aventura invites guests to explore the pasta-making traditions of Southern Italy through technique, tasting and regional storytelling.
In Hands-On: Pasta Traditions from the South, the Scuola chef demonstrates how to craft classic southern pasta shapes before guiding participants as they mix and knead their own dough from scratch. Guests prepare fresh pasta to take home, then sample a chef-selected pasta dish in class alongside antipasti, a welcome Prosecco and a curated wine pairing.
The session highlights the cultural roots and regional varieties of southern Italian pasta, offering both practical skills and culinary context. A recipe is included for home cooking, along with a discount to shop the Eataly marketplace.
