Hands-On: Pizza Napoletana with Rossopomodoro takes place Friday, December 12 and Friday, December 19 at Eataly Aventura, offering participants the chance to craft classic Neapolitan pizza from scratch. Guided by Eataly’s expert Pizzaiolo, guests will learn about the heritage and technique behind this iconic dish, from mixing and shaping dough to topping and baking in a wood-fired oven.
The class includes a charcuterie board and a glass of wine or Italian soda to enjoy while dining on your creation. Held inside La Pizza & La Pasta, this interactive workshop blends culture, craft and cuisine in true Italian style.
