Haunting on the Rails

Paranormal investigation meets railroad history during an after-dark exploration of the Gold Coast Railroad Museum. Taking place Saturday, September 19, Ghost Haunting on the Rails invites guests ages 16 and older to search for unexplained activity inside historic railcars and around the museum grounds.

Investigators from Ghost Hunters of South Florida will guide participants in using ghost-hunting equipment while exploring a collection that includes more than 40 historic railcars. Among the museum’s best-known holdings are the presidential railcar Ferdinand Magellan and Florida East Coast Railway steam locomotive No. 153.

Tickets are $40, with capacity limited to 30 participants. Guests ages 16 and 17 must be accompanied by an adult, and advance reservations are recommended.
