Heat therapy, cold plunges and dance music close out Paraiso Miami Swim Week with a nighttime wellness party at The Standard Spa, Miami Beach. Heatwave Sauna Rave takes place Sunday, May 31.
Presented by Daybreaker in partnership with Paraiso Miami Swim Week, the event adapts Daybreaker’s music-and-wellness format into an evening experience centered on movement, recovery and social connection. Guests will move between the red-lit hammam sauna, cold plunge areas and dance spaces, creating a cycle of heat, cold therapy and music-driven release.
Swimwear is integrated into the setting as part of the atmosphere rather than a traditional runway presentation. The evening includes a surprise DJ set and a session with Aaron Alexander, nervous system regulation coach and host of the Align Podcast.
