Starting: 2:30 PM
The Miami Film Festival presents a curated shorts program highlighting women’s voices across genres.
I’m Every Woman Shorts Block screens Saturday, April 11 at the Bill Cosford Cinema, bringing together films created by and about women. The program spans narrative, comedy and drama, with stories that move between intimate character studies and socially grounded themes.
Selections include By Your Side, a meditation on love and memory; Too Romantic, which explores the intersection of relationships and social media culture; and September, All Over, set in the aftermath of Hurricane Irma, where an unexpected connection unfolds between neighbors. Catalogue of Noses examines identity and assimilation through a tense family dynamic, while Hundreds follows two friends navigating emotional fallout in a post-pandemic setting. The lineup also features SKRRRT!, a high-energy story of teenage ambition and deception, and Miami Magic, a local-set narrative about creative aspirations, family expectations and returning home.
