Breathwork, sound healing and reflective writing mark the summer solstice with an outdoor wellness experience at 1 Hotel South Beach. Inner Flame: A Summer Solstice Sound Journey takes place Friday, June 19 on Ocean Terrace. Led by Sabrina Badeaux of Kanekshun, the program invites guests to slow down and use the seasonal shift as a moment for reflection and renewal.
The evening includes activating solar breathwork, an immersive sound journey and a guided writing ritual during the golden hour. Framed around the longest day of the year, the experience encourages participants to consider what they are ready to release, clarify or bring forward for the season ahead.
The event is complimentary for 1 Hotel guests, 1 Club members and residents age 21 and older, subject to availability. Hotel guests and residents should contact the concierge to secure a spot, while 1 Club members may RSVP through the 1 Club page. Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
