A Grammy-winning rapper brings his acclaimed solo work to the concert hall with full orchestral and gospel accompaniment. Killer Mike & The Mighty Midnight Revival with the Atlantic Studio Philharmonic takes center stage on Sunday, September 14 at the Adrienne Arsht Center's Knight Concert Hall as part of the Live at Knight series.
The Atlanta artist will present material from his 2024 release Songs for Sinners and Saints alongside tracks from Michael, his 2023 album that earned three Grammy Awards including Best Rap Album. The complex portrait of Black Southern masculinity found on Michael also garnered Killer Mike recognition for "Scientists & Engineers," which won both Best Rap Song and Best Rap Performance. His Grammy history extends back to 2001 with "The Whole World," his collaboration with Outkast.
Beyond his musical career with Run the Jewels and solo projects, Killer Mike has received Billboard's inaugural 2020 Change Maker Award for his advocacy work on political and social causes.
