Open-grill barbecue, bayfront lounging and a welcome frosé set the tone for a Labor Day weekend afternoon at The Standard Spa, Miami Beach. The Sunday, September 6 gathering centers on a chef-driven menu prepared over live fire, with time to relax along the dock and swim in Biscayne Bay. The event is open to guests ages 21 and older.
À la carte selections include Jamaican jerk yellowtail snapper, slow-smoked baby back ribs with mango-habanero glaze, a grilled chicken sandwich and Italian sausage with peppers and onions. Cornbread, cilantro coleslaw and housemade potato salad round out the menu.
Admission includes a complimentary welcome frosé but does not include access to the hotel pool or spa. Limited parking is available, and rideshare is encouraged.
