A monthly gathering for the LGBTQIA community brings music, games and nightlife energy to Mama’s Frozen Margarita’s in Wynwood. Ladywood, presented by Lezchic, takes place every third Thursday through March 18, 2026.
Centered around creating a welcoming and lively space for lesbian and LGBTQIA+ audiences, Ladywood features a lineup of rotating female DJs who spin an open-format mix that includes Afrobeats, reggae, reggaeton, hip-hop, R&B, trap, freestyle, soca and house/EDM. The event offers bottle specials, hookah and outdoor VIP seating and high-top tables, along with casual games and special activities like Lezchic body shots. Guests can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere with no dress code, 420-friendly spaces and no cover charge for entry. Attendees must be 21 or older.
Held exclusively at Mama’s Frozen Margarita’s in Wynwood, Ladywood is open to the public while maintaining a lesbian-centered and LGBTQIA-friendly environment. Security is present throughout the event to ensure a respectful and safe space for all guests.
