Lengua Conference
Apr 14, 2026 - Apr 15, 2026
Starting: 10:00 AM
A two-day conference explores the intersection of food, culture and business through conversations with chefs, founders and industry leaders in Miami’s MiMo District. Lengua Conference 2026 takes place Tuesday, April 14 through Wednesday, April 15 at Sanctuary MiMo, bringing together professionals and creatives shaping the future of food and beverage. The program centers on this year’s theme, “Origins,” examining how culinary traditions evolve across cultures and generations.
Programming includes keynote talks, panel discussions and curated networking opportunities, with topics spanning regenerative agriculture, migration and identity, branding, and the reinterpretation of heritage in contemporary cuisine. Attendees can also expect chef-led meals, tastings and specialty coffee integrated throughout the experience.
Launched in 2022, Lengua has established itself as a recurring gathering for the food and hospitality community, attracting chefs, restaurateurs, marketers, cultural thinkers and food enthusiasts. The conference is designed for both industry professionals and those interested in the broader cultural and creative dimensions of food.
