Love Frequency: A Galentine’s Sound & Reiki Ritual takes place Friday, February 13 at 1 Hotel South Beach in Miami Beach, inside the Poco Terra Ballroom. Led by Sabrina of Kanekshun, the experience centers on connection beyond romance, exploring friendship, self-compassion, belonging and emotional clarity.
The evening begins with a guided meditation focused on expanding the definition of love, followed by a deeply calming sound bath layered with group Reiki offered alongside Kia. Designed to support relaxation and nervous system reset, the session encourages participants to soften, release and reconnect. The program concludes with an intimate letter-writing ritual, offering time to express gratitude, forgiveness or personal intention.
