Miami Beach Culture Crawl: Knight Labs Public Opening

Digital interactives and curator-led exhibition tours offer new ways to explore The Wolfsonian–FIU during the October Miami Beach Culture Crawl. Taking place Thursday, October 15, the free evening marks the public opening of the museum’s Knight Labs while connecting visitors with participating arts and cultural institutions across Miami Beach.

Located on The Wolfsonian’s third and fourth floors, the new Knight Labs use interactive digital experiences to encourage different forms of engagement with the museum’s collection. Visitors can also take hourly tours of Foot Notes: Shoes, Symbolism, and Society, beginning at 6:15 p.m.

The citywide Culture Crawl runs from 6 to 9 p.m., allowing visitors to build their own itinerary of exhibitions, performances, screenings and tours. Complimentary trolley service connects participating locations throughout Miami Beach.
