Miami Beach Cupid Splash
Feb 15, 2026
Starting: 11:00 AM
A Valentine’s Day-themed beach plunge invites participants to support Biscayne Bay restoration while making a splash for local environmental causes on Miami Beach.
Miami Beach Cupid Splash takes place Sunday, February 15 at Collins Park Beach on Miami Beach. The annual fundraiser puts a tropical spin on the traditional cold-water plunge, with participants entering the Atlantic in festive attire to raise funds for Miami-Dade Coastal Cleanup, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and fiscal agent for the Biscayne Bay Health Coalition and VolunteerCleanup.org. Proceeds from the 2026 event support efforts focused on cleaning and restoring Biscayne Bay and local beaches, as well as youth environmental education and anti-drowning programs in Miami-Dade County.
The event includes prizes for top fundraisers and Valentine’s-themed costumes, adding a lighthearted, community-driven element to the cause. Past editions have drawn more than 100 participants and raised significant support for local environmental initiatives, making the Cupid Splash both a social gathering and a charitable action tied directly to the health of Miami Beach’s coastal environment.
