Miami Earth Cup
This event has been cancelled, please contact the organizers directly for further details.
Tennis and climate action come together in a new Earth Day event spotlighting the sport’s role in sustainability. The Miami Earth Cup takes place Tuesday, April 22 at the Neil Schiff Tennis Center at the University of Miami, featuring an exhibition match with tennis legends Andre Agassi, Andy Roddick, Carlos Moyá and twins Mike and Bob Bryan.
Presented as part of Climate Week Miami and organized by the Tennis Race to Zero Foundation, the event supports a growing global initiative to promote environmental education and carbon reduction in the tennis world. Proceeds from the event help fund programs aimed at achieving net-zero emissions in the sport by 2040, while also supporting youth engagement and awareness around climate change.
This inaugural match also marks the launch of the Tennis Race to Zero Foundation, led by Nicolás Lapentti, which works in partnership with organizations such as Green Cross UK and Carbon Pulse to advance sustainability strategies across the international tennis community. Tickets are available to the public, and all programming will take place rain or shine.
