Fitness enthusiasts, athletes and spectators alike can explore a full day of competitions, exhibitions and training sessions across multiple disciplines—all under one roof.
The Miami International Fitness Expo takes place Saturday, May 24 at the Miami-Dade County Fair & Expo Center. Now in its 11th year, the expo features a wide range of sporting events, headlined by the IFBB Miami Pro and NPC Miami Muscle Beach competitions—Miami’s only IFBB Olympic Qualifier and NPC National Qualifier. Professional and amateur athletes will compete in categories including Bikini, Wellness, Men’s and Classic Physique, and Masters divisions.
