A multi-sport fitness event brings together competitions, demonstrations and vendor showcases under one roof at the Miami-Dade County Fair & Exposition Center. Taking place Saturday, May 23, the Miami International Fitness Expo returns for its annual edition, featuring a full day of programming across bodybuilding, strength sports and emerging fitness disciplines. The event spans a large indoor space, creating a centralized environment for spectators and participants.
The expo is anchored by the IFBB Miami Pro and NPC Miami Muscle Beach competitions, serving as Olympic and national qualifying events in bodybuilding categories including bikini, wellness and men’s physique. Additional programming includes powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, calisthenics, strongman and boxing events, alongside team-based competitions and open gym activations.
Beyond the competitions, the event features more than 70 vendors offering fitness-related products and services, along with appearances by athletes from around the world. The program also incorporates lifestyle elements such as a fashion summit, providing a broader look at the fitness and wellness industry.
