Mothers looking to recharge can spend a day in Coconut Grove enjoying curated experiences tailored for relaxation, creativity and community. With options ranging from yoga and spa treatments to wine tastings and floral workshops, participants can choose how they want to unwind—all within walking distance, in the heart of the Grove.
Miami Mom’s Day Off, happening Saturday, May 3 in the Coconut Grove Business District, offers a flexible format with two program blocks: a Morning Reset from 9:00 a.m. to noon and an Afternoon Escape from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. Moms can select from a variety of activities, including:
- Yoga and meditation at Mayfair House Hotel & Garden
- Workout sessions at Sweat 440
- Spa treatments at Sana Skin Studio, Studio 3D Brows, or the Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove Spa
- Floral workshop at Il Giardino at Mr. C Hotel
- Wine tasting at Vinoteca
- Brunch, shopping, and cocktails at LoveShackFancy and Amal
Childcare is also available through Motivating Minds Academy, giving moms the freedom to enjoy their time while their children participate in supervised activities nearby.
Participants must register in advance. Whether joining solo or with friends, the event is a chance to relax, explore and enjoy a day designed with moms in mind.
