Miami Mom’s Day Off

A neighborhood-wide day of wellness, social activities and hands-on experiences invites moms to unwind and recharge across Coconut Grove. Presented by the Coconut Grove Business Improvement District, this curated program features events at multiple venues throughout the area.
The lineup includes a complimentary morning fitness session at Sweat 440 with a live DJ and lymphatic drainage massage; a social mahjong class with mimosas and light bites at Il Giardino inside Mr. C Hotel; and a ceviche-making class at Jaguar Restaurant paired with music, cocktails and karaoke. At The Hangar at Regatta Harbour, Bayskate Miami hosts an afternoon roller skating session with music and a community-focused atmosphere.
Complimentary childcare is available at The Grove Academy for children ages 4 and up (or potty trained), allowing participants to enjoy the day’s offerings. Guests can choose individual activities or plan a full day experience. Advance booking is recommended for select events with limited capacity.
