Midnight in White: NYE at Sipsip Rum Bar takes place Wednesday, December 31 starting at 10 p.m. Presented by Let’s Go Out Miami, the event features a live DJ, bar service on a first-come basis and optional table service with a food and beverage minimum. A complimentary champagne toast marks the arrival of 2026, with featured cocktails available throughout the night.
