Mother's Day Brunch Buffet at Essensia

Taking place Sunday, May 10, the Mother’s Day brunch features a multi-station menu designed to accommodate a variety of tastes, from breakfast classics to seafood and carved specialties.

The spread includes breads and pastries, made-to-order egg dishes, and griddle items such as French toast and waffles, alongside a raw bar with selections like ceviche, shrimp cocktail and house-cured salmon. Additional offerings include salads, flatbreads and a carving station with options such as prime rib, roasted chicken and whole snapper, as well as a pasta station with customizable preparations. A dessert selection rounds out the experience with pastries, cakes and fruit-based options.

The brunch includes one cocktail per guest, with the option to add bottomless mimosas or bellinis for a set period. Pricing is offered per adult and for children, with reservations recommended.
