New Moon & Sound Bath with Ashley

Slow movement and restorative sound shape a new moon-themed wellness session on La Vista Terrace at The Miami Beach EDITION. The class takes place Monday, July 13, led by Ashley Boice. Designed around themes of reflection, sensitivity and grounding, the evening offers a quiet reset through gentle movement and a sound bath.

Participants can expect a slower-paced session focused on reconnecting with the body and settling the mind. The outdoor terrace setting adds an open-air backdrop to the practice, with any weather-related location changes communicated to guests if needed.

Guests should bring a yoga mat. Towels and water will be provided, and valet parking is available at the hotel starting at $35++, with street parking also available nearby.
