Nobu Miami x Everglades Oysters

Locally farmed oysters take center stage during a shucking and sampling event at the Lobby Bar & Lounge at Eden Roc Miami Beach and Nobu Hotel Miami Beach. Held Wednesday, August 5 in recognition of National Oyster Day, the event features Everglades Oysters alongside Nobu-inspired preparations and curated drinks.

A special menu available throughout the day includes fresh, fried and baked oysters, complemented by the venue’s regular Tanoshi Hour offerings. Reservations are not required.
