A weekend of outdoor activities, live entertainment and community celebration will mark Surfside’s 90th anniversary at the town’s bayfront park.
Paddletopia! will take place on Saturday, May 3 and Sunday, May 4 at 96th Street Park. Presented by the Resort Tax Board, the free event highlights Surfside’s waterfront lifestyle with complimentary paddleboarding and kayaking sessions available throughout the day. Fitness enthusiasts can take part in a variety of exercise classes and demonstrations, while live music, complimentary food and beverage offerings, and Surfside-themed custom gifts* add to the festivities.
Additional features include an interactive Surfside history trivia experience, a vintage candy gift shop and 1935-inspired décor reflecting the town’s founding year. Non-residents are welcome to attend; however, custom gifts are reserved exclusively for Surfside hotel guests with proof of stay and Surfside residents with valid ID.
