Red, White & Ruck

A four-mile beach ruck, wellness activations and community gathering mark Miami Ruck Club’s second anniversary on Miami Beach. Red, White & Ruck takes place Sunday, July 5, starting at 2211 Miami Beach Drive.

Presented by Miami Ruck Club with Commissioner Alex Fernandez and Steve Boucher of Boucher Brothers, the event recognizes the nation’s 250th anniversary while bringing together veterans, first responders, service members, athletes, families and community members. Participants will take part in a weighted beach ruck designed to emphasize endurance, shared effort and connection.

The morning begins with check-in, roll call and opening remarks before the ruck steps off at 8 a.m. Following the route, participants return for remarks, a red, white and blue photo moment and a wellness event featuring local vendors, cold plunges, recovery activations, live music, raffles and community programming.

Participants are encouraged to bring an American flag or branch of service flag, a weighted backpack or vest, at least one liter of water, comfortable shoes or boots, sun protection and electrolytes. All paces are welcome.
