Celebrate National Caviar Day on Tuesday, July 18 at the Surf Club Restaurant with a four-course menu featuring six distinct varieties of Regiis Ova Caviar paired with Dry Aged Hiramasa, Coquilles-St. Jacques, Slow Poached Atlantic Halibut and Matcha Crème Brûlée to cap off the evening. This caviar dinner experience also features live entertainment.
