An evening of luxury and artistry unfolds at Prime 54 as Louis XIII partners with Fontainebleau Miami Beach for an exclusive pairing dinner featuring special guests Nathan Morris, Shawn Stockman and Wanyá Morris of the legendary R&B group Boyz II Men.
Guests will experience a guided tasting of Rémy Martin’s finest cognacs, from the rich, balanced V.S.O.P to the aromatically complex XO. The evening will culminate with a toast of Louis XIII, the King of Cognacs. Each is paired with a bespoke five-course menu by Executive Chef Michael Paley. Dishes such as seared bluefin tuna, pork saltimbocca and tallow-aged wagyu striploin are thoughtfully crafted to complement the depth and character of each expression.
