República Independiente
May 22, 2026
Starting: 10:30 PM
A Venezuelan comedy show rooted in Zulian humor takes the stage at the Miami Improv at CityPlace Doral as part of the Miami es un Chiste lineup. Taking place Friday, May 22, República Independiente features Edmary Fuentes, Heli Arraga, Wasmo Huerta and Adelmo Gauna in a late-night performance.
Created through Connector House, a digital media platform known for Spanish-language live shows and comedy content, the program draws on regional Venezuelan references, especially the language, music and food culture associated with Zulia. The show blends conversation, character-driven humor and cultural inside jokes, giving audiences a live version of the group’s online format.
Doors open at 10 p.m., with the performance scheduled to begin at 10:30 p.m. The event is open to guests 21 and over, and a two-drink minimum applies inside the comedy club.
