Rio Da Yung OG

Flint rapper Rio Da Yung OG brings his direct, fast-moving delivery and Michigan rap sound to ZeyZey Miami’s Zaku Stage. The performance takes place Tuesday, September 8.

Born Da’mario Donshay Horne-McCullough, Rio Da Yung OG is closely associated with the Flint and Detroit rap scenes, where he built a following through collaborations with artists including RMC Mike and Peezy. His output includes the Dum and Dumber mixtape series with RMC Mike, City on My Back and later releases recorded before and after his 2024 return from incarceration.

Rio’s catalog is known for blunt storytelling, conversational punchlines and the regional energy that helped bring wider attention to Flint rap. His 2019 single “Legendary” was certified gold in 2024, and subsequent projects have continued to expand his presence beyond Michigan. ZeyZey Miami is an open-air cultural venue in Little Haiti known for live music, DJ events, craft cocktails, natural wines and food from Tacos María, including grass-fed, seed-oil-free tacos.
