Rooftop Fireworks & Immersive Buffet at InterContinental Miami

Fireworks, skyline views and an all-American buffet set the scene for an Independence Day rooftop celebration at InterContinental Miami. The Rooftop Fireworks & Immersive Buffet takes place Saturday, July 4, with a limited-capacity VIP viewing experience above Downtown Miami. The evening includes live DJ entertainment, festive drinks and a rooftop vantage point for watching the holiday fireworks.

The buffet features elevated cookout and summer classics, including a BBQ smokehouse station with prime rib, Wagyu sliders, lobster rolls, Miami pulled pork, ceviche, potato salad and seasonal sides. Dessert offerings include s’mores, cheesecake, brownies and other sweets.

Each ticket includes rooftop fireworks viewing, access to the buffet and unlimited desserts. Guests ages 21 and older receive four drink tickets for beer, wine or select cocktails, with soft drink substitutions available for guests under 21. Additional beverages will be available for purchase. Because the event is outdoors, a weather decision will be made 24 hours in advance, with eligible refunds available if the event is affected.
