A guided tasting experience exploring the pairing of Spanish wines and cured ham takes place at Boulud Sud in the JW Marriott Marquis Miami. Centered on traditional flavors and techniques, the session offers an introduction to one of Spain’s most iconic culinary combinations.
The masterclass is held Thursday, April 16, beginning at 6 p.m., and features a jamón tasting led by a Cinco Jotas expert slicer. Guests sample Spain-inspired appetizers alongside red wines selected to complement each course, with guidance provided throughout the tasting.
