Soundtuary 360 Xperience: Deep Dish & Apache

Deep house, Afro house and melodic techno take over Jungle Island for a late-night open-air Soundtuary event built around a 360-degree DJ booth at the center of the dance floor. Soundtuary 360 Xperience w/ Deep Dish & Apache takes place Friday, May 29, with Deep Dish, Apache, Avi Snow live and Kamcoco b2b Manu Magick on the lineup.

Grammy Award-winning duo Deep Dish, made up of Ali “Dubfire” Shazinia and Sharam Tayebi, helped shape the sound of house and techno with a pop-aware approach that led to high-profile remixes for artists including Madonna, Janet Jackson, Cher and Dido. Their remix of Dido’s “Thank You” won a Grammy Award for Best Remixed Recording, and their return to the stage has continued to draw attention from electronic music audiences.

The lineup also features Soundtuary co-creator Apache, a Miami-based French DJ associated with Afro house, deep house and melodic techno, along with Los Angeles-based multi-instrumentalist and producer Avi Snow performing live. The 21-and-over event includes food, a hippie market, parking and reusable cup service as part of Soundtuary’s effort to reduce single-use plastics. The entrance is located at Jungle Island’s park entrance, and the event is rain or shine.
