South Beach Chamber Ensemble: Mozart on the Move

An informal, family-friendly concert of chamber music takes place outdoors on the Ocean Drive Promenade as the South Beach Chamber Ensemble performs works by Mozart, Bach, Tchaikovsky, the Beatles, Gershwin and Puccini. Part of the ensemble’s 2025–26 season collection Discover the Hidden Gems of Chamber Music: Music in Beautiful Spaces – Mozart on the Move, the program brings classical and popular favorites into a relaxed setting.

Presented as part of the Ocean Drive Promenade Music Series, the free concert happens Sunday, October 12 in Lummus Park, located between 14th Street and 14th Place in Miami Beach. Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets or lawn chairs and enjoy live music just steps from the ocean; in case of rain, the performance will be moved indoors to The Betsy Hotel.

Founded in 1997, the South Beach Chamber Ensemble is known for dynamic programming that makes chamber music accessible to audiences of all ages. The Ocean Drive Promenade Music Series is a program of the Ocean Drive Association in partnership with the City of Miami Beach and the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau.
