Unleash your creativity and connect with folklore traditions at a family-friendly celebration of Irish culture and springtime fun. The St. Patrick's Day Leprechaun Trap Contest, StoryTime & Scavenger Hunt will take place on Saturday, March 15, at Doral Glades Park.
Presented by the City of Doral, this multi-activity event combines hands-on crafting with interactive storytelling and outdoor exploration. The centerpiece of the gathering is a leprechaun trap competition that encourages inventiveness and ecological awareness, with prizes awarded in four distinct categories: Most Natural Material Used, Most Creative, People's Choice and Most Upcycled Material Used.
Participants will also enjoy a themed storytelling session that brings Irish folklore to life, followed by a scavenger hunt throughout the park. The combination of activities makes this event suitable for families with children of various ages and interests.
Attendees are encouraged to embrace the festive spirit by wearing green attire.
