Steak and Whiskey

A walk-around tasting event pairs steak-driven dishes with curated whiskey pours in an open-air setting in the Miami Design District.

Steak and Whiskey takes place on Friday, February 20, at Jungle Plaza as part of the South Beach Wine & Food Festival and the Miami Design District Event Series. Presented by the Florida Beef Council and hosted by chef and television personality Michael Symon, the evening brings together more than 20 chefs from across the country to showcase steak preparations and sides made with high-quality Florida beef, alongside a selection of whiskey cocktails and pours.

Guests can explore the event at their own pace, sampling dishes and drinks throughout the night while enjoying the Design District’s outdoor atmosphere. The ticket price includes all food and beverages, as well as taxes and fees, offering a comprehensive tasting experience centered on two enduring American culinary traditions.
