A 10-course omakase dinner offers an advance look at Uchibā Miami, the izakaya-inspired sister concept scheduled to open in Brickell this fall. The collaboration takes place Thursday, September 24 at Uchi Miami in Wynwood, concluding the restaurant’s 2026 Summer Dinner Series.
Led by Uchi founder and James Beard Award-winning chef Tyson Cole, the menu will pair Uchibā’s forthcoming dishes with selections from Uchi’s contemporary Japanese repertoire. The dinner provides a preview of the new concept’s more casual izakaya approach while retaining the technique and seasonal focus associated with Uchi.
Tickets are $150 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are required.
