Summer Dinner Series: Uchibā Miami

A 10-course omakase dinner offers an advance look at Uchibā Miami, the izakaya-inspired sister concept scheduled to open in Brickell this fall. The collaboration takes place Thursday, September 24, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. at Uchi Miami in Wynwood, concluding the restaurant’s 2026 Summer Dinner Series.
Led by Uchi founder and James Beard Award-winning chef Tyson Cole, the menu will pair Uchibā’s forthcoming dishes with selections from Uchi’s contemporary Japanese repertoire. The dinner provides a preview of the new concept’s more casual izakaya approach while retaining the technique and seasonal focus associated with Uchi.
Tickets are $150 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are required.
