Rooted in the intersection of Sephardic heritage and Latin American sound, Susana Behar returns to Miami as part of the 2025–2026 Aventura Concert Series.
Born in Havana into a Cuban–Turkish Sephardic family, Behar has spent decades weaving Judeo-Spanish (Ladino) songs, Latin folk traditions and ancestral memory into her musical identity. Her critically acclaimed Ladino Meets Latino project fuses Sephardic melodies and Latin American rhythms in bold new arrangements.
On Saturday, February 14, 2026, Behar performs at the Kalos Music and Art School.
