Dynamic breathwork and sound healing mark World Listening Day with a beachfront wellness session at 1 Hotel South Beach in Miami Beach. The Art of Listening: World Listening Day takes place Saturday, July 18, from 7 to 8 p.m. on the beach in front of the hotel.
Led by Sabrina Badeaux of Kanekshun, the guided experience invites participants to explore listening as both an external and internal practice. The session focuses on slowing down, noticing breath and sensation, and creating space for reflection through movement of the breath and the vibration of crystal singing bowls.
The program combines dynamic breathwork with a restorative sound healing journey designed to support presence, grounding and self-connection. The event is complimentary for 1 Hotel guests, 1 Club members and residents age 21 and older, subject to availability. Hotel guests and residents should contact the concierge or hotel marketing team to secure a spot, while 1 Club members may RSVP through the 1 Club page. Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
