The Dinner Table at Amara

A waterfront dinner on Biscayne Bay brings The Dinner Table’s hosted social-dining format to Amara at Paraiso. The Dinner Table at Amara takes place Thursday, October 15, offering a three-course family-style meal, a welcome glass of wine and seat rotations between courses. Presented by The Dinner Table, the evening is designed for guests who want to meet new people through a structured but informal shared-table experience.

The Dinner Table organizes intimate restaurant gatherings in Miami and other U.S. cities, using hosted meals, conversation prompts and rotating seats to help guests connect without a traditional networking format. The evening begins with a mix-and-mingle session, followed by dinner service and time at the end for guests to exchange contact information.

Amara at Paraiso, from James Beard Award-winning chef Michael Schwartz and The Genuine Hospitality Group, is known for Latin-inspired cuisine, coastal ingredients and open-air dining overlooking Biscayne Bay. The dinner menu will be announced the week of the event after guest dietary restrictions are collected, with additional beverages available for purchase throughout the evening.
