The Vibration Reset: Sound Healing Journey

Sound meditation, breathwork and gentle movement guide participants through an evening reset at The Standard Spa, Miami Beach. The Vibration Reset: Sound Healing Journey takes place Sunday, August 23, with facilitator Monique leading an immersive session designed to ease physical and mental tension. The experience combines hip releases, breathwork, live acoustic violin interludes and a crystal singing bowl sound bath.

The session is intended for participants seeking a restorative practice that does not require prior meditation experience. Breathwork and movement help settle the body before the sound bath, creating a quieter environment for relaxation and reflection.

Admission is $80 and includes access to the indoor baths after the session.
