The Women’s Day Rose Hammam with Giselle Fiumara

A special International Women’s Day edition of the Hammam Detox Ritual: Kundalini Radiance series takes place at Tierra Santa Healing House at Faena Hotel Miami Beach. Held Monday, March 9, the evening session combines traditional Hammam heat therapy with guided breathwork and movement in a restorative spa setting.

Led by wellness facilitator Giselle Fiumara, the experience integrates steam, conscious breath and Kundalini-inspired movement designed to stimulate circulation, support lymphatic flow and encourage deep relaxation. Participants begin in the Hammam, where heat and steam prepare the body for purification before transitioning into breathwork and dynamic exercises intended to enhance vitality and energetic balance.

The program also includes a spa ritual curated by Tierra Santa Healing House featuring dry brushing, exfoliating scrubs and skin treatments aimed at cleansing and refreshing the body. Guests may continue to enjoy the spa facilities following the session. Swimsuits or comfortable attire suitable for the Hammam environment are recommended, with robes, towels and slippers provided. Reservations are required and space is limited.
