A Pride Month fitness class at 1 Hotel South Beach brings HIIT training, live music and community connection to Ocean Terrace. Together as 1: Move With Pride takes place Saturday, June 13. Led by Anatomy Body Architect Andrew, the high-energy workout combines strength, movement and self-expression in an inclusive wellness setting.
Kristian Caro will provide live beats throughout the class, adding a music-driven atmosphere to the outdoor session. After the workout, guests can stay for light bites and conversation in a setting designed around wellness, inclusivity and shared movement.
The event is complimentary for 1 Hotel guests, 1 Club members and 1 Homes owners age 21 and older, subject to availability. Hotel guests and owners should contact the concierge or hotel marketing team to secure a spot, while 1 Club members may RSVP through the 1 Club page.
