Tyreek McDole

The 2025 Summer Concert Series concludes with a commanding voice at the forefront of a new generation of jazz vocalists. Tyreek McDole performs on Thursday, August 21 at Coral Gables Congregational United Church of Christ, marking the final performance of the Community Arts Program (CAP) 2025 Summer Concert Series. A Haitian-American vocalist and the second male to win the Sarah Vaughan International Jazz Vocal Competition, McDole has earned comparisons to jazz greats Johnny Hartman and Billy Eckstine for his vocal maturity and rich tone. He will be joined by piano, bass and drums for an evening of expressive, emotionally resonant jazz.

Presented in the church’s intimate sanctuary across from the Biltmore Hotel, this 40th anniversary season has featured a celebrated lineup of six jazz and classical concerts.
