WALLCAST® Concert: American Dance Odyssey

American music and dance share the spotlight on Miami Beach as the New World Symphony and Miami City Ballet present a collaborative evening led by conductor Stéphane Denève. The free WALLCAST® Concert: American Dance Odyssey on Saturday, April 28 features the world premiere of a choreographic concerto created by 10 contemporary composers and choreographers, blending live orchestral performance with original dance works.
The performance inside the New World Center will be broadcast in high definition on its 7,000-square-foot projection wall in SoundScape Park, along with a mobile screen and upgraded sound system expanding the viewing area. Guests are encouraged to bring blankets or picnic dinners for an evening of music and movement under the stars. No tickets are required, and public restrooms are available in the southeast corner of the park.
