We Met at Salsa & Speed Dating

Salsa steps and speed dating rounds combine for a singles event at Miami Ironside designed to spark both rhythm and conversation. Hosted by We Met in Miami, the nonprofit connection-focused series, the evening is open to hetero and LGBTQIA+ singles ages 25–45 and features beginner salsa instruction with award-winning teacher Oscar Ochoa of Salsa Driven, paired with structured opportunities to connect in small groups.
Participants can choose wristbands to signal whether they’re seeking friendship, romance or LGBTQIA+ connections, making it easy to meet others with similar intentions. The schedule alternates between dance instruction, speed dating and a salsa social, with food and drinks available for purchase on site.
